HOW CAN ENERGY INTERACT WITH AND IMPROVE KINESIOLOGY THERAPY?
KINESIOLOGY, A PRACTICE STARTED IN LARGE PART BY DR. GOODHEART, CONSISTS OF EXAMINING THE BODY THROUGH VARIOUS MUSCLE TESTING TECHNIQUES. THE THERAPIST IDENTIFIES MUSCULAR BLOCKAGES IN AN ATTEMPT TO ESTABLISH CONNECTIONS BETWEEN THEIR PATIENT’S BODY AND MIND TO TREAT THEIR ENERGY IMBALANCES.
“In kinesiology, everything is energy,” Florence Bouillard, Kinesiologist
More and more people are turning to applied kinesiology to identify blockages and treat them. The benefits of kinesiology are subject to a multitude of opinions, some of which deserve a second look.
To gain a better understanding of how energy kinesiology works, we met with Florence Bouillard, a kinesiologist, to learn more.
How exactly does energy play into kinesiology? “Energy is everywhere with kinesiology. My work involves searching for an individual’s energy sources, whether internal or external, and what their struggles are, whether internal or external. We use these energies and how they circulate to perform muscle tests to identify where these sources of imbalance lie. They may be structural, energy-based or relate to personal ecology.”
In simple terms, how do you practice muscle testing? “We work with a part of the body, generally the arms, on which we apply light pressure to test the muscle tone, then we ask questions and we test muscle tone again. The body speaks to us by reacting to questions.”
And have you noticed any changes in people other than yourself? “My entire family!” My son uses the disk everywhere, not only to protect himself from electromagnetic fields, but he takes it with him when he goes to places that can be toxic on an energy level, such as bars, clubs, etc… My husband uses it too, maybe a little less, but he still does. And I saw a noticeable impact on my cats too, who were sick and aren’t anymore!”
What about with your patients and in your professional practice, do you use it? “I use it to show them how it works. I explain that I am often skeptical, but solutions do exist, and this one, in this case, I know it works. I put the disk in my hand to lift energy barriers. For my patients suffering from electrohypersensitivity, I show them the difference using a muscle tone test with and without a disk. They immediately notice a difference.”
If kinesiology and its effects are attracting more and more interest, it is because its effects, including on children, are effective.
